Come experience what people in San Diego are buzzing about—a Tantra Puja! Tantra is simply the Art of Being Human, offering tools and guidance on how to gracefully thrive in your day to day life.

Tantra Puja is a safe way to open your heart and connect to others in guided Tantric exercises. Puja means devotional worship, and over the course of the evening you will have time and space to come into transformational devotion within your opening heart while sharing this energy with others. The evening is designed to be heart opening and nurturing.

This is a station Puja, which means it’s a rotation event where you have an opportunity to practice with other participants at the event. If you come with a partner and prefer to work with only each other, this is also an option! You will be giving and receiving throughout the evening. Stations might include things like soul gazing, massage, guided light touch, intimate conversation, heart opening exercises, movement, sound healing and more!

The intention is to hold sacred, safe space to explore and transform while witnessing this in others, building acceptance, trust and love for yourself and community. Remember, you don't need to know Tantra to attend as you will be guided the whole time!

Ariel is a gifted and cutting-edge Tantra teacher based out of San Diego offering Tantric wisdom world wide. Ariel has had the privilege of teaching among some of the most masterful contemporary Tantra teachers in world, and continues to incorporate her personal experiences into what she offers her students. Also a film maker, Ariel continues to produce media material that empowers people to unlock Tantric wisdom from anywhere in the world.

Ariel was born onto the path of Tantra, receiving early attunements through working with the elements and devotional sound healing. Receiving her first energetic healing certification 15 years ago with traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, opened Ariel to the healing arts. Ariel came home to her shamanic roots with advanced training at the Esalen Insitute while learning powerful modalities ranging from the 16 Elements of Ecstasy to the Rubenfeld Synergy method of Talk & Touch. Completing Tantric Priestess initiations in San Diego, Ariel continues to dive deeper into Tantra each day in her own experiences. Annually presenting at empowered sexuality conferences, Ariel gives her students permission to come into their full expression in a safe nurturing environment. A world traveler, Ariel bridges healing modalities from east & west flawlessly.

Recently returning from a Tantric pilgrimage in the Himalayas, Ariel is thrilled to be offering more traditional Tantric wisdom for those inspired by Tantric Buddhism.
